Yes! There is a $30 restocking fee for the original item, and shipping is not covered for a return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are not permitted beyond the 30 day return window.

Shipping & Order Times
All of our pieces are handcrafted in our studio. If a piece is in stock when your order is placed, orders will ship the next business day.
If the piece you ordered is not in stock, we do our best to process orders as soon as they come in, Monday through Friday. Processing times on these orders will vary - see below for a breakdown for each type.
Standard Stock: 2-3 weeks
Custom Items: 4-6 weeks, depending on intricacy
Resizing: 3-5 business days

We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for fulfillment. If you need to use a different carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order.
We offer free local delivery for Anchorage residents. When checking out, please make sure to use the local delivery option.

Warranty
If a stone fell out of one of our products, please contact us at info@solarisforge.com. We will do an evaluation to determine what the best course of action is.
If a stone is damaged outside of shipping issues, there will be a replacement fee for a new stone. The fee will vary based on each stone.

Solaris Forge warranties all work for life. Normal wear and tear is not included in this warranty, including but not limited to scratches on metal/stones or loose prongs. Accidental damage may be repaired for a fee.
If an item is repaired by anyone other than Solaris Forge, the lifetime warranty is voided.

Resizing
If the item purchased was a non-custom order, the original item may be returned for a $30 restocking fee.
